Xbox one s apps won't update

My apps on xbox one won't update. Twitch, microsoft store, etc, just sit at 0.0% forever. No such problem with games, they update fine. Also the console up to date. Plenty of storage room too. Any advice?

Are you using ethernet or wireless? In case of wireless, have you tried with an ethernet cable for a stable connection?

As additional step, have you forwarded all the ports for Xbox Live Service?

Try to clear the cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs and try again.

Did both, and unfortunately the problem is still there.

Try doing a hard reset and see what happens
