Xbox One S Apps and Games won't load after system update

After the most recent system update my xbox one s takes a long time to load and I get a message saying "content not available at this time" and none of my apps or games load. Error 8027025A when trying to load fifa. I tried all the things that the Microsoft
website says to do (power cycle etc) but the only thing that works is factory setting my xbox... My xbox when works fine (I have the auto updates setting off) , but then after a week I'm forces to update the system and then I get the problems again and my
only solution is to factory reset my xbox until I'm forced to update again. There is something wrong with the new system update to the Xbox OS. Can anyone help?

Thank You for your reply, clicking that link for support doesn't get me anywhere as it says chat and call options are not available and that's what has led me to this forum. I'm a bit stuck as I can't find a way to directly contact Microsoft

No official word. Just Xbox users letting it be known that systems are freezing up/dashboard won't load after the update.

Would you please check An app won't start on the Xbox console | Xbox Support page as it contains some solutions. However, your console might need an update as well. Please follow the instructions mentioned in About system updates on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One | Xbox Support page.
