    Well i had a similar issue and i used the link to purchase an xbox one and there was no way of entering the code at the checkout, but i didn't upgrade from an xbox 360 to an xbox one s it was from an xbox one to an xbox one s. Does anyone no anything about

The original xbox series S|X controller that comes with your console? Is anyone using a controller that is not the one that came with the Xbox Console and still seeing this issue?

    Same problem here. Xbox one S. My black xbox one signs in just fine. Gone through networking troubleshooting, and everything points to the XB one S.
