Xbox One S and x shuts off during RDR2

After a few minutes of RDR2, my console will turn off. I can turn it back on, but I've never gotten any error messages. I've restarted, done hard resets, wired in my internet connection, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, changed power cords, cleaned
out the vents, nothing is fixing the problem. RDR2 is the only game this happens with. Help!

How would I know if it's over heating? There are no error messages. This never happens with any other game or app. Seems like it's all good as long as I don't play RDR2, and that's unacceptable

It's not overheating, you can feel when you touch your console, in 15 seconds of game there is no time to even warm it. Unfortunately Tarhee, there is nothing we can do, I contacted Microsoft support 7 times, talked with every department, I also talked with
Rockstargame support several times, it is a known issue by them, all we can do is wait for them to release a game and operating system update to solve this problem. If we could downgrade the Xbox Operating System, we could have a temporary fix to the problem,
but there is no way to do it, unfortunately.

I already did the factory reset and downloaded the game 3x and the same always turns off in the CG part on top of the train, with other games I do not have problems like read dead 2 game per hour and xbox s works normally, more in resident evil 0 it gives
this problem to hang on cg and hang up alone

We understand it is frustrating since the console shuts off when attempting to play Red Dead Redemption 2. I would
recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Then try to start it up and see if the console shuts off again.
