Xbox one S All digital Edition System Frozen

Hello thanks for your reply no my xbox was not enrolled in the insider program but i no longer require assistance as i have now purchased a playstation. Lets see if i face a similar issue with something as simple as playing a game on a games console.

Xbox Insider Program? The steps that you are utilizing are the correct steps to resolve the issue. If you were able to complete

a factory reset, it would install the system update again and allow the console to function. If the console is not allowing you to access the troubleshooting menu, you may need to

create a repair order. However, we need to know if your console is enrolled in the Insider Program before you create a repair order. Be sure to let us know the results Mykz0121!

Check the ventilation holes for dust accumulation and clean them.

An Xbox One X, Xbox One S, or Xbox One S All-Digital Edition console can be placed either horizontally or vertically, but you’ll need a stand if you place it vertically. See

Make sure that the you place your console on a stable surface that is well-ventilated, relatively cool and away from direct heat sources. Don't put other objects on, under or right next to the console. An object on the top right
of the console might block its heat vents.

If your console consistently shuts down due to ventilation problems, even after the console is free from clutter and no vents are obstructed, it needs service. You can request a repair from
Device services. Console registration is required to service your console.

I dont own a computer so i can not use a usb to re-install the software.

And my console isnt over heating its it not warm to the touch and the fan makes no excessive noise

Its not consistently shutting down my whilst console froze whilst i was playing and the screen will only show the screen of the frozen game no dashboard nothing! Holding power for 10 seconds shuts down the console but on turning it back on the frozen game
image persists.

I have attempted so many times to get my console to boot to aenu where i can choose to reset my console as this tixed the issue last time this happend by holding the bind button whilst turning it on as shown here:https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

I follow step 2 on resetting via usb (i used this step before to fix the console after the same issue) i never had a usb usb plugged in but the xbox still booted to a menu that let me "turn off the console" after i did this the problem was gone but it has now
returned, i cant can the xbox to boot to thisenu again so i can no longer fix it the seethod i used last time.
