Xbox One S All Digital Edition soft reset

While gaming at a friend, I've changed the resolution to match his tv. Now I got home and didn't changed back the settings.

My tv is not able to show anything, so I'm unable to change it back.

On a Xbox One you can do a soft reset when you hold the eject and the powerbutton at the same time I've read. But the All

Digital Edition doesn't have this button.

How can I do this reset without goint into the menu, so I can change the settings to fit my tv again?

Does a factory reset delete all my games and apps also?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

* If you have an all-digital console like the Xbox One S all-digital edition or the Xbox Series S, you can do the display reset and bring up the startup troubleshooter using holding the BIND button only.
