    XBOX ONE S - After your service the problem is same.


    We have a new ONE S consol. In most cases the games don"t run after inro.

    "skip press A" game freeze.

    Last 2 week my consol was in your service in Germany..... yesterday the consol returned from your service. The problem is same!!!!!! ****??????

    Hdr washed out colors and dimmer during hdr content

    I am having the same problems here with my Xbox One S and my Samsung KS8000.

    The first time I used my Xbox One S HDR was fine. After a preview update the problem appeared. I reverted back to the normal update and still same problem.

    I changed some video settings like putting 12 bit colors and now the HDR problem looks solved. But definitely the Xbox one S has some HDR issues.

    Xbox one S DEAD

    Im having the same problem with my 15 month old xbox one s. It wont even light up. I see that it's a common problem. My xbox 360 is still working after 5 years.

    Hey there SpottierFire49!.

    Really sorry to hear about the troubles! When you received your console, did you need to reinstall any of the games? If the console returned with the games installed, try uninstalling and reinstalling one to see if there's any change. Let us know if that helps

    I (and apparently others) have the same problem, and a reset of the Xbox One S didn't resolve the issue.

    The "Xbox One: Messages" service appears to be down, see:

    Would that be the problem? It was reported on Dec 2nd.
