    Can I ask when my 50,000 rewards points will be credited to my account after purchasing a new Xbox One S Battlefield 1 edition on 19-Oct-16?

    Missing points

    When I upgraded from my xbox one to xbox one s I was supposed to receive 50,000 points. I only received 30,000 rewards points.

    The promotion was in November 2016 for upgrading to xbox one s.

    Have not gotten my rewards yet

    I have purchased an Xbox One S and it said in one of your rewards deals that I would get 50,000 rewards points yet I have not received those points nor do I see those points pending.

    I also have the same question. I just bought a boatload of games for the holidays but I'm not seeing any Rewards credits or points. I got the 50,000 points for buying an Xbox One S but I haven't seen anything other than that.

    We see that the Credits are currently pending in your account. Since they were placed on the sixth, they should be included with the end of month deposit and placed as currency into your Microsoft Account.

    Thanks for the clarification, TheLostBoy1! The email that was sent was specifically for the 50,000 Rewards points. The £50 promotion was sent to users on their Xbox 360 dashboard, and is not related. You will want to post up in our
    Rewards Support forums about the 50,000 Rewards points. The Rewards points should be deposited in your account on 11/15/2014 for this promotion, so please hold off on posting until after that date.
