Xbox One S 50,000 reward points deal

I bought an Xbox One S and I never received the 50,000 reward points. I talked for hours today with support teams and they all said I was qualified for the points. I ordered it on November 26th and still have not received my points. They all said to contact
you guys here so this is what I am doing. I would love to get the points asap. Thank you

Have not gotten my rewards yet

I have purchased an Xbox One S and it said in one of your rewards deals that I would get 50,000 rewards points yet I have not received those points nor do I see those points pending.

 

Missing points

When I upgraded from my xbox one to xbox one s I was supposed to receive 50,000 points. I only received 30,000 rewards points.

The promotion was in November 2016 for upgrading to xbox one s.

 

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.
