Xbox One S 50,000 credits nowhere to be found

I recently ordered the Xbox one S under the promotion to get 50,000 rewards credits. I haven't seen them in my account or even under pending. Can anyone help me or tell me when I will get them?

You didn't convert my 50,000 Rewards credits into my local currency on December 15, 2016!!!

2016/11/27 - Purchased Xbox One S promising 50,000 Credits

2016/12/06 - Microsoft Store Xbox One S Offer - 50,000 Credits deposited

2016/12/15 - 50,000 Credits were supposed to be deposited into my local currency into my Microsoft account, but they weren't.

HELP! Please deposit my money.

when will i get 50,000 reward credits

I bought the Gears of war 4 s bundle on Nov. 16th and I haven't received the 50,000 credits yet. I received the Xbox one s bundle and free game on Nov. 21st but no 50,000 reward credits. On Xbox live rewards when you go to mymissions it says you'll get
50,000 reward credits, free game and expedited shipping when you buy an Xbox one s on Microsoftstore.com. I did that, would like to know if I'll get the 50,000 reward credits or if I wasted a lot of money for an Xbox one s when I have an Xbox one.

The credits should show as pending about 15 business days after the console shipped. If it's been over 15 days, support will check for you.

There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.

I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.
