Xbox One S 50,000 credit promotion

I preordered the Xbox One S Storm Grey Battlefield 1 edition and just recently received an email from Xbox Live Rewards saying that if you purchased an Xbox One S you would receive 50,000 credits. How do I get this?

Hi! Basically I ordered an xbox one s during the time of the 50,000 credit promotion. However, my pending rewards is only showing 30,000 credits. I would greatly appreciate any help regarding this, thanks!

The credits should show as pending about 15 business days after the console ships. If you don't see them after the 15 days, you'll need to post in the Rewards program forum for assistance.
