Xbox one s 4k blu ray hdr problem

First of all I have a Samsung ju6500 4k tv and on the 4k tv details I have all green check marks.

I noticed when I have the HDR on my 4k blu rays look extremely washed out and the colors look dim. Whats weird is if I press the home button the blu ray in the preview box actually looks amazing and vivid. How I imagine the movie should look but as soon
as I select it and expand it fullscreen a dim washed out layer goes over it all. As far as I can tell it is capable of producing a great image but as soon as the image is expanded full screen something kicks in and ruins it.

    :)

    Hi KnightMawk!

Error (91d70000) is in regards to, "4K is supported by your TV, but not at 60Hz. You won't be able to upscale to 4K, but, depending on your TV, you may still be able to play some 4K and HDR content. To see what your TV supports, choose 4K TV details."

I have the exact same TV and issue you are having. When playing Forza Horizon 3 the colours look washed out and dim, even when looking at the home screen while Forza is running in the background. When I quit the game the screen goes blank and brightens up.

Have you had any luck fixing it? I read online that some TV's are having issues with the HDR being properly recognised.

Netflix: No UHD on XBOX One S

I can verify this issue...Netflix UHD does not work on Xbox One S. I have a Vizio M55-D0 with the latest firmware enabling HD10 support. My TV is now recognized by the One S video settings as 4K HDR capable. I am able to enable HDR support and it works beautifully
with the Blu-Ray app (Mad Max 4K Blu Ray playing 4K, 24fps, HDR as verified by the Vizio settings app). However when I start Netflix, the screen flashes, colors mute, and video fails to switch to HDR or 24fps. Netflix app is clearly broken right now for HDR.
If I switch HDR off on the One S, Netflix app is fine, plays 4K correctly, colors are fine obviously no HDR.

Hdr washed out colors and dimmer during hdr content

Same here with a Samsung KS7000, connected with the XBOX ONE S original HDMI cable and with all the correct settings enabled (HDMI UHD Color, XBOX settings, etc.). All the HDR content like 4K HDR blu-rays or games like NBA 2K17 look like the colors are
washed out. Everything seems dimmed, like having a white filter.

I bought XBOX ONE S to be used as a game console but also as a blu-ray player to complement my 4K HDR TV. Please Microsoft address this issue and solve it ASAP.

    Thanks!!
