My launch xbox one S 4 TB is already broken a month after release !!!! the internet hardware has failed and has left a message across the screen: "HADWARE FAILED.. INTERNET INTERNAL HARDWARE IN NEED OF REPAIR PLEASE RETURN TO MICROSOFT OR STORE FOR RETURN
AND SERVICES" ... So i called GAMESTOP it was a day after the 30 days and they wouldnt do a thing for me!!!!! Now i have to go all through the shipping back to xbox process!!! I will miss out on games in Sept and all the big ones in October I am sure
, THANKS ALOT MICROSOFT FOR SUCH A WELL MADE PRODUCT !!!!!

Extremely disgusted with the headset options for Xbox One!

I use my TB X41's with the Xbox One Headset adapter. Works great.

Xbox one s unspeakable controllers... #ISTHISREALLIFE?

Hey everyone,

I bought an xbox one s about a month ago,both controllers were broken, sent 1 of them to microsoft, came broken, sent them both, came broken again . sent them both again and they came broken AGAIN...

What the ****??

are there any proper controllers for xbox one s? I already switched 7 controllers in a bit more than a month and none of them works fine.

This is so lame, I mean how a big company like microsoft keep sell that garbage without taking any responsibility.

There is no such thing as a 4TB Xbox One S.

Did you try performing a hard reset to see if it would resolve the issue? I have seen the console reporting hardware failures and the hard reset would resolve it. Perform in EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until
the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test the results.
