    XBOX One S 2TB won't restart


    Have a 2TB XB1S which we "gifted" to our son for this christmas 17. After being turned unplugged for two months approximately, the system wouldn't update. Would get stuck on update screen counter, or verifying or applying the update. Finally took it to
    a Microsoft store and they were able to get it working and running. System started screwing up and wouldn't detect audio device. Attempted a restart and the system froze. Did the unplug electrical cord and wait ten seconds. Have now done two factory restore
    and still no luck. Does anyone have a clue??? Currently system is sitting unplugged.

    I've got a similar problem with instant on that won't let me join parties or anything when it first turns on. It also won't give me a NAT type until I test the connections and even then gives me errors sometimes. I usually have to restart the console and
