So if I understand everything correctly. 1. You can't transfer dlc map packs from xbox 360 to Xbox one (COD Ghosts) You pay 14.99 each for the xbox 360 map packs and pay 14.99 again for the Xbox one. If microsoft was to come out with the xbox two you would
have to pay three times for the same map pack. 2. You buy XP510wireless headphones for $250 and have to use a cable and adapter to make them work with the xbox one and the sound quality is crap. 3. The hard drive is 500 gig and after two game updates you
have used 25 % of your internal hard drive so now you have to buy an external hard drive. 4. Games are not backwards compatible. Has microsoft ever developed anything that was not backwards compatible? At 61 years old I hate getting ripped offed especially
by a conglomerate like microsoft. I am telling everyone I know to to put this on facebook, twitter, etc. to maybe start a class action lawsuit against microsoft. Enough is enough.

1. When CoD Ghosts came out there was the option for an upgrade from the 360 to the One. Same as there is currently for CoD Advanced Warfare and Destiny. There are also a few other games out there that allow free (or cheap) upgrades from the 360 to the

2. Due to different audio codecs older headsets need the adapter to be used on the newer consoles.

3. The CoD Advanced Warfare bundle came with a 1 TB hard drive. As well, you can also add up to two external USB 3.0 hard drives to the console at the same time. These hard drives can range in size from 250GB to 16TB

4. Although nothing has been officially stated there have been rumors abounding on the net that Xbox may include an app to allow backwards compatibility on 360 games.

Now, because you posted about a lawsuit there will eventually be a message for you stating that this thread will be closed and for you to contact Xbox's legal dept.

The larger issue is charging for each individual thing. You have to pay ten dollars a month to listen to your own music on the Xbox one. So sad i wasted money on this system nothing even works right and if you want it fixed get ready to spend 500 dollars
or wait an extra month

It was stated quite a long time ago that the Xbox One was not backwards compatible. Sorry you sold your 360 but that console will continue to be supported for quite a few years beyond the launch date of the Xbox One.

Its best to do research before purchasing something of high value.

I looked into this before deciding not to buy one YET, I am keeping my 360 just so i can play my downloaded games, I am still getting an xbox one (and no i will not be plugging my 360 hdmi into the xbox one as thats just silly...)

The music thing doesnt bother me as i dont use that for music.
