Xbox One Right bumber broke

Hi guys,

I have an Xbox One controller that has a right bumper that's snapped completely off. It's a Forza 6 edition controller. What should I do?

If I show contact Microsoft directly, where can I find the phone number or email address for them?

Ok go to your hard drive settings and press left bumber right bumber x two times an a menu should pop aging would you like to delete the last system update click ok and turn you Xbox off an redownlaod the system update tht should work

Right but if it broke while playing a game one would say the game broke the Xbox. The code is a general hard drive failure regardless.
