    Hello

    Im a highly invested consumer for xboxs platforms Ive had 7 systems and have boughten way over 300 games in my history of owning Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One X Scorpio and Xbox S over the span of 16 years .

    I clicked on the reward promotion to purchase a Xbox Starter Kit bundle.

    And havent received my points.

    Ive submitted four or so trouble calls to get my points and firstly was dismayed to hear in writing that I never purchased an Xbox One S Starter Kit Now four conversations later they say it was a bundle when it clearly was one because it allowed me to buy
    a console with a custom controller.

    Now they are saying I dont qaulify for the rewards advertised.

    I think this is an insult to any consumer. And the nerve to insult me like I never purchased the bundle really makes me frustrated.

    Plenty of people are pissed off by their purchase via xbox console because they didnt receive their rewards.

    I saw many jaw dropping post on reward applocation before my buy thinking they just messed up. So I carefully went to the REWARDS APPLICATION ON MY XBOX and proceeded in egerness to be rewarded.

    And guess what. Nothing but more denial... I qualify for a purchase I made in consession of the advertised product.

    This is a glitch and what nerve do you have giving users the option to opt out? Its a band aid for what?

    Business 101 if you dont have an honor system and there is no communication between some abstract authentication crew and finance why are you screwing with buyers.

    I spent over $400 on my wifes xbox and havent gotten anything.

    If anyone else wants to start a CALS please publish your story on a scam site or anything betfer business so I can find you.

    I give up on the team of automated ticket horders called reward team. Must be a collatoral duty to take my hard earned money and wipe their
    [Mod Removed] with it.

    No. Xbox's rewards program is inconsistent, full of holes and and rarely promotes or delivers on digital purchases. I and many others have given up on it all together. Congratulations on your reward, though.

    I need help regarding the Xbox Live Rewards Promotion

    Hi,

    I purchased an Xbox One S from the Microsoft Store online on December 10th. Upon purchasing the Xbox, I saw the promotion for Xbox Live Rewards that Xbox One S purchases get 50,000 reward points and a free game. Because I was not enrolled in the rewards
    program at the time of purchase of the Xbox, it took 2 days to get enrolled in the program. Am I in any way eligible for the Rewards Promotion?

    Gamerscore is not used for reward points. Reward points are earned through completing promotions on the reward website. With the exception of survey's, nearly all promotions involve purchasing qualifying games/tv shows/movie shows to earn rewards.

    Xbox rewards for purchasing consoles

    My assumption much like other promotions within the rewards app is that it would need to be purchased clicking through the promotion and buying within the Xbox store. The terms of service does not explicitly explain this either but
    since there is no way to input your console purchase as a viable means to obtain the rewards it would stand that the only way to receive the rewards points are to follow its specific link and buy a new one x within the Xbox store. This same issue has happened
    with me on several occurrences with games I have recently purchased and later a reward is set for buying the game but I have no way to redeem them as I purchased the game previously and not through the rewards application.

    It's not fare

    The Xbox Live Reward program only rewards users for making purchases, and when they make purchases it takes at least 1 cycle to receive rewards. If your friend only joined yesterday he was not rewarded from the Xbox Live Program. He could have received it
    from the Microsoft/Bing Reward program (separate) or from Sales/Promotions (separate).

    I don’t believe so, I had checked the rewards app several times prior to my purchase and the Xbox one S purchase was always there.
    Okay, in that case, if you believe you followed the steps that the promotion required, the best place to speak with someone from Microsoft Rewards Support is to go to account.microsoft.com/rewards
    and at the bottom of the page hit the link to "Contact Microsoft Rewards Support".
