Xbox One Reverse Compatible DLC Glitches

I've been having this problem for a couple of months now. On some DLC that I bought for current reverse-compatible games on Xbox 360, the system only partially downloads the content. Even with no interruptions (error codes, internet trouble), the DLC "completes"
its download only partially. I have proof of this: on my Xbox One, three map packs for Battlefield 3 that are now reverse compatible are listed as only being 36.1 MB in size. To the contrary, the same map packs on Xbox 360 are about 2 GB each. The clear conclusion
is that they aren't downloading fully for some reason, even though the Xbox One itself detects each pack as downloading 100%.

This is game breaking because whenever I try to load into maps that are a part of the effected DLC, the textures are glitched and the game is almost unplayable. The frustrating thing is that my friends and family's systems are not having any downloading
issues that I know of at all. Not even anybody else on the internet is having this issue!

Well I for one def think about picking up another x360. But I think an add-on would just be best for some people, imo. Going for a bundle like that makes sense until count having to upgrade the hdd and the fact that it is a refurb from GS.

Please don't be mad / angry at me, but TVs have more than one HDMI port. Instead of MS taking the time to create backwards compatiblity (which I'm not going to lie, is going to be nice & convenient indeed), why not just connect your Xbox One into you HDMI
Port #2 and leave your Xbox 360 in HDMI Port #1 (or whatever set-up you're using)?

Sorry to see the troubles with Battlefield 3! To start out, what type of storage device are you using with your Xbox One to install games? If you're using an external storage device, can you try your Xbox One console's internal storage to see if there's any
change with the download?

 

I was using the standard internal hard drive. No changes, no modding, just a vanilla Xbox One.

Backward Compatibility Troubleshooter and run through all the provided steps including the survey near the end. That way the right team can best look into this.

 

I went through the troubleshooter, and I have come to the conclusion that I have an isolated issue. I've tried everything, from uninstalling everything and reinstalling, to resetting my router. Nothing is working. It may have something to do with a problem
on EA's end, but I have no idea. I'm just going to pray that I'm not alone and that EA recognizes the issue. For now, I'll have to wait it out for an update or something to fix the DLC textures.
