Xbox One Returned After Repair Damaged and Marred

I sent my Xbox out for repairs from a squeaky noise inside it a few days ago, and got it back with black marks that won't come off and dents.

What steps can I take to get a refund or replacement or something? The actual hardware works fine and the squeak is apparently gone after a test run, but the new damages are just frustrating.

I have one!! Luckily it works more often than not. Ill return mine for repair after the holidays though.

 

USB ports not being recognized by my console

End result of my conversation with the guy is I have to send my xbox away for a second repair. He told me that he was going to record the conversation and such for the records and make sure everything goes through okay on that end. Also told me to write
a little note and stick it in the package for the repair people to see to 100% make sure whoever deals with it knows what the problem was.

Got it back again, this time no dents but it's absolutely covered in scratches. Can't see them in the dark but once I got it in the sunlight it is a mess. I am unhappy. :[ The front panel around the disc drive is wobbly too. And there's a bunch of dirt and
crap on it but that's not as big a problem.

 

Do you live near a microsoft store? If you have problems you can always take there.
