    My xbox one restarts every 30 seconds no matter what is done. I've already tried unplugging it and such but the problem persists. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

    Restart your Xbox one by unplugging it for 30 seconds, this should restart the console and the download will be available. Actually unplug the Xbox. turning it off will not work.

    If you are experiencing any power issues may result in power shortage if your console is connected to any extension cords that may be part of the issue it also could be your power brick and not the console. You can go

    I could not sign in either. It was telling me to restart my modem by unpluggling it for 30 seconds and then waiting 30 seconds for starting up.I tried a couple of times but after the 3rd try I also unplugged everything behind the xbox console for 30 seconds
    and then plugged the modem back in and then all the wires I had unplugged. Restarted the test and good to GO.

    Try to reboot manually, leave it off for 30 seconds then switch back on. Sometimes it does not connect to xbox servers automatically. Let me know if it helped. You can also after switching the console off, disconnect the lead from the mains, then plug
