Xbox One Restart/Shut Down or Freeze

The Xbox restarts or
shuts down, it always happens when I use
apps such example Youtube
/ Internet Explorer. In games
it has not yet occurred. I think
the August update system
is the trigger. I hope not, there
are hardware problems again,
that would be my 3 xbox one ....

AND WHAT REALLY GETS ME MAD!!!!!!

I'm officially off the Xbox One version of the game. Since downloading the game my XBOX ONE freezes, makes a buzzing sound and shuts down and restarts or exits to the dashboard!!!!!

problem with Jackpot

Every time I win cherries or gold the game freezes up so I have to shut it down and restart to play Microsoft Jackpot???

Go to the system settings a do a factory reset to see if this will fix the problem for you.

Hey there! Try going into Settings, Power, Restart now. This will ensure that your system is completely shut down and restarted. If that doesn't work, again in Power, choose Turn Xbox off. When it is fully shut down, unplug the power cord from the back of
your console for 2 minutes and then try again. One of these methods usually fixes freezing issues.

The team is working on a fix to the freezing, for now you can restart the game and it will delay the freezing for some time. Also the coin and power up issue is likely a connection problem, which could also be fixed with shutting down the game and restarting
the app.

My xbox got shut down of an error.

I did what you sad I just restarted I will check if the fifa game will play now and not freeze like before
