Xbox One response issues 07/12/2019

After my xbox had been working up to standard since its day one release, i turned it on this morning to be faced with a complete black screen following the initial green background introductory screen. Yes, i troubleshooted, hard reset and disconnected the
power brick for 10 minutes. I then turned it back on after troubleshooting. I get as far as the xbox home page where my controller's response time is around 10 minutes just to try log-in. The home screen tiles are all grey as if its 'broken'. Sometimes i cannot
even reach the homescreen as it just goes completely black. Ive not been able to log in for hours now as this problem persists after trying every troubleshooting option imaginable.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that your console is taking too long to start up, and it is taking a long time to respond to your controller when it gets to the home screen. Is your console enrolled in the

Xbox Insider Program? We recommend completing a
soft factory reset. This type of factory reset will keep all games and applications installed, but it will remove all profiles from the console. Therefore, the email address and password of those accounts must be known before this step is taken. If you
are unable to do a factory reset from the settings menu, we will provide steps on how to access the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. Be sure to let us know the results!

How to access the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter:

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back in.
Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
Xbox button on the console.
Note The Xbox One S All-Digital Edition does not have an
EJECT button. You can bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter on this console by holding only the
BIND button (steps 3 & 4) and then pressing the Xbox button
.
Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

Thank you for your responses. But not a if. I payed 2 dollars. I have done the years worth before. This is what happen there was a dollar promotion xbox live. Then the following day 12/1/2019 the deal of ultimate. But I was going to wait on the 16th day.
However I use the promotion on the 12/2/2019
