    XBOX One resetting SONY Bravia tv


    Recently purchased a Sony Bravia 900H. After watching TV for a couple of hours my XBOX One emits a high pitched whine and then the tv resets. This is whether the XBOX is powered on or not. I tried updating the firmware on the tv, replaced my cable box and
    then had the tv replaced. The issue remains. Please advise if anyone else experienced this

    The TV is a Sony Bravia - KDL - 40EX710

    The STB is a Scientific Atlanta Explorer 4250HDC

    The setup is STB -> HDMI Cable -> XBOX ONE -> HDMI Cable -> Sony Bravia

    Change resolutions, disable auto discover display, reconnect to my old TV - doesn't work...

    On New Sony Bravia TV - all works :(

    I'd go with Sony for a gaming tv personally they have low input lag and are one of the best TV's for gaming, I have the newer 55" Sony Bravia's and I love it.

    Correction, I meant to say I have my DirecTV DVR hooked into my Xbox One, and then the Xbox One and PS4 into my Onkyo, then the Onkyo into my Sony Bravia TV.
