Xbox one resetting itself

My xbox recently reset itself twice should I be worried ive had it for 2 years and no problems until now.

After working on it a bit some more, I figured out what my problem was. But first, I'd like to apologize to Microsoft for my sarcasm in my last couple of msgs. I thought I should suck it up and come back on and say whats really wrong, just in case others
have the same problem and find this thread. Its my TV. Its an older 1st gen model of a DLP, so its quite a bit old for DLP HDTV. Anyways, I hooked up my other xbox 360 to it, and it did the same thing to me, so I switched over to my PS3, and did the same
thing. I even tried using different HDMI wires, so I know for sure its the TV. And it makes sense, because the Consoles know when your TV is being turned on when you are using HDMI, so when the HDMI on the TV side would flicker or turn off and back on, its
resetting the consoles. Bummer. This sucks, cause a nice TV costs more than a new console (although I wasn't going to buy a new 360, just a pain to keep bringing my other one from one room to another). Especially a 50" TV like i have now. No way I can
downgrade a size!!! But in defense to my TV, I've had it since my first 360 which was about 6 or 7 years ago now?

you'd think they would try fixing the problem after we've spent some much money on they're products but all they care about is they money not the costumer. its all started with the new update

 

Make sure your console is still properly ventilated. You may need to blow out the dust from the vent on the console. Good Luck!

Yes I'm in the preview program and I always blow out my xbox

What is happening is when you are trying to use an app with a game minimised but still running it can cause the console to restart.

I would encourage you to post this issue in the preview forums and submit feedback from the console.
