    1.

    I have serious Xbox one trouble right now. The only way out I see is reset to factory defaults, which worries me. I just bought this console got three games with it and had those games scanned and the were all queued for install. None of them finished though.
    So if I reset will those games be lost forever?

    2.

    The other way out of my impossible predicament is if there is a way to disable all the control the Xbox one has over my TV (and home cinema set plus digital television box). Is this even possible? Because it probably *** with the code of my TV which understands
    it wrong. As soon as I gave my Xbox control everything went to hell, so I want to remove it's control.

    Any help would be appreciated,

    Just remember that you will need to download the game if you ever have to reset your Xbox one to factory settings.

    1.

    Any codes you have used/bought will be attached to your gamertag, so can be retrieved.

    2.

    There is an option to reset the TV settings and this will disable any setup options you have set for your TV.

    To 1.

    The games show as "ready to install" in the shop an at games and apps as soon as they are purchased or you redeemed their download code. So they will not be lost if you set your console back to factory settings.

    To 2.

    To reset all remote activity of the One controlling your TV just go to settings / tv and one guide and choose "troubleshooting" there. There is an option to reset all settings.

    If you want to go back to factory settings this may not be necessary of the remote control issue is your problem. If you got even more problems and need to do a factory to fix them there is no need to reset the remote settings as they will be resetted with
    the factory reset as well.
