    Xbox One reset problem


    I had to reset my Xbox One today, Thinking it'll make things run easier after that. Before I resetted it I chose "Keep my games & apps". After the reset I went to look at my games and everything except 2 days were deleted. I had about 20 games on my console.
    I can't contact xbox live support due to it being the weekend but I am very dissapointed. They might as well have only "delete everything" when resetting the xbox, since "keep my games & apps" delete everything as well. Anyone else ever have this problem?
    Feeling pissed off.

    Xbox One disconnecting from Internet need help

    I am have problems with my xbox one disconnecting from xbox live and when it does that it forces me to do a hard reset on my wireless router to get everything up and running again. I don't have this problem with my other consoles is there something wrong with my xbox one wireless signal or what so I do to fix this problem?

    My Halo is saying that multiplayer (MM) is blocked... I have no family settings though?

    okay thanks, any solutions you know of? should i just hard reset my xbox?

    Bump. I too am having this problem with more the one accounts.. My son's and mine! Have hard reset, factory reset everything, but are having this problem on the 360. He can access his account just fine on his Xbox One without a problem but not on the 360.
