    Hi, I installed gold live using the code from amazon on my son's xbox and whilst he was playing a game the whole console reset itself. My account and his are both gone.

    Question: can I recover the user avatars? or if not how do I upload gold live again, all I have us the old code from amazon.

    I'm not a computer expert, more of a dinosaur

    Looks like im not the only one, 2 nights in a row now. nothing gets deleted but i have to set every thing up again. this is frustrating
