    Xbox One reset itself


    I used my xbox last night and played for a bit, then turned it off until fhis morning. When i turned it on this morning it was at the startup page for initial setup and i had to set up my xbox all over again like the day i got it. What i dont understand is why it reset itself?? My controllers have also been disconnecting randomly lately as well. Is it related?

    Make sure your console is still properly ventilated. You may need to blow out the dust from the vent on the console. Good Luck!
