    xbox one reset after Standby or Off


    EN# Hello, my xbox one, after

    having had a problem of corrupted data has been reformat to the factory

    parameter, but since every standby or I turn it off it reformats itself

    by keeping only the games already installed on it. Has to wonder if someone already has the same problem and what is the solution. My account and my wi-fi are reset to zero.

    FR# bonjour, ma xbox one ,apres avoir eut un probleme de donnée corrompue a été reformater au paramètre d'usine, mais depuis a chaque mise en veille ou que je l'éteint il se reformate tout seul en gardant seulement les jeux déja installé dessus .a se demander
    si quelqu'un a deja eux le même probleme et c'est quoi la solution. mon compte et mon wi-fi sont remis a zero.

    Live tv suddenly not working, black picture

    Turned off the standby on the cable box, happened again when I did the voice commands for xbox off and xbox on. Did the hard reset again for sngs fixed it, there any patches in the works to solve this standby issue?

    Standby or off?

    OK, so I got my Kill a Watt meter and plugged it in, 71 +/- a couple watts watching TV, 16/17 watts standby.

    Stand by Mode?

    all it does in standby is respond to "xbox on". No smartglass, no passthrough, nothing except sit ready to turn on.

    there is also a setting to have it turn off after a period of inactivity (default is 1 hour).

    "off" will still be standby if thats how you have that setting configured.

    LOL, I'm not on standby. I always power off my Xbox completely after gameplay as I said in OP.

    Have you tried completely hard reseting your xbox? Simply turning off is actually only putting it into standby. Hold the power button for about 5 seconds (until it powers off) then turn it back on. When you turn it on you should see a green Xbox One screen.
