    Xbox one required heavy bandwidth

    Dear All,

Recently I have purchased Xbox one 46000INR from Amazon and I am very disappointed. Xbox one require heavy bandwidth usage, as you know in india Internet speed is not much and restricted for Download.

Xbox one required more Internet bandwidth and download. and It will take hours together to download and install the games. They have given the codes for downloading the games and size is more than 50GB... better to provide CD/DVD's for games.

Till now I didnt use my device, still downloading is going on...

Instead of Xbox one better to have laptop.

I would like to return my Xbox one, could you please help us to return the Xbox one and get my money back.

    Thanks in advance,

    - Jeevan, Hyderabad, INDIA

    :)

How to return the Xbox one and get my money back

Yes Xboxone is not suitable for INDIA, its required heavy bandwidth usage and more speed. I have tried all these days.. now Microsoft and Amazon were escaping with return policy..

I never recommend to buy Xboxone for INDIA.

  3. Anyone know if cloud computing takes extra bandwidth?

The minimum required bandwidth to use the XBL sevrice on Xbox One will be 1.5Mb so I believe if you have at least this much you are fine.

Allow your games to download overnight. You'll wake up in the morning with a new game waiting for you.

If that solution is unacceptable, then just purchase all games on disk. The only downloads will be the occasional update.

    Happy gaming!

Sri to hear about your problems.

Unfortunately there is no way to have any games downloaded to USB or DVD and then have them installed to your xbox. Only way you can handle this is by buying discbased games to have them installed directly from the disc and not to use digital purchases.
But even then the games may need updates of some GB to be downloaded over the internet.

If you really want to return your console please check out the return policies from Amazon India, where you purchased your Xbox.
