Xbox One Reputation System Guide V1.00

I have been reported for cheating 10 times in the last 6 months. I want to know if there is solid evidence of me cheating because I can assure that all those reports are false. Some people can't accept the fact that there are other players out there better
or more knowledgeable than them. My reputation went from "Good" to "Avoid Me" literally overnight and I want answers.

 

So I was playing big team the other day on halo and me and one other random guy I was playing with just dominated the enemy team..we were playing flag and I was killing them as they were running out of the base...I made a kid so mad he went out out his way
to let me know his entire clan was going to report me...now I never msg or talk to ppl I don't know just because a lot of these ppl that play online are crybabies..so I ignored him..but that just made him even more mad..I was playing a little bit before work
and I was changing something on my dashboard...I notice my rep was green....I went to work was gone for about 5 hours cause we were dead and budget was low so I went home early...I get back home go to play big team with so old friends and we're not finding
anyone...after some trouble shooting I realize it's cause me rep has pretty much dropped from green to red in 5 hours and now I can't search....first I chat with a guy from xbox and he says when he sees my rep and its in the green...then tells me a good way
to fix it is to factory reset my console and recover my gamertag...you know as well as I do that wouldn't have worked...so he tells me to make a post on the forums in the enforcement section..I pled my case and get ignored...I call a day later on my way to
work and the lady says the only way to get it to go up is to play games without ppl reporting you...that's a little helpful ...so now coming up on the 5th or so day I've been playing battlefield hardline,smite and world of tanks...my rep has not moved even
a little...I called yesterday and the only advice the guys could give me was to go into games and suck on purpose..he told me go in and lose on purpose...don't get me wrong he was a very nice guy...but I play games to have fun I'm not doing that...why should
I have a low rep because these horrible players get mad and report you when they don't get their way...they say you can't abuse the rep/reporting system but we all know that's a lie...I pay for my subscription with my hard earned money...I'm not a child getting
mad when I lose and report and block that person so I don't find them again...this needs to be fixed asap...I know I'm not the only one...I know tons of nice ppl that do nothing but help others and is just good at the game...why should we fall subject to your
terrible rep system ?.... sorry for the long post everyone...if anyone knows a better way to get your undeserving bad rep up plz comment...

 

Recently moved In with a new roommate and I let him play since I don't have much time and now that my work schedule hanged I can't play because he killed my rep

 

To whom it may concern,

I have been a Loyal 'paying' XBL GOLD Member for over 10 years. I have never had any issues with XBL until recently.

I mostly play fighting games online (Injustice, Killer Instinct & Mortal Kombat X). Because I happen to play those games well, a lot of gamers (that I beat) tend to avoid me &/or file "False Reports" saying: I cheat, I'm unsporting etc. NONE of which its
true!!

I've been suspended twice because of these ridiculous accusations & recently I went from a Green Reputation to Red (with no notice or warning)??

And now with my Rep being Red "Avoid Me" I can NOT find any matchmaking to play (& more importantly) get back to Green...

How does Microsoft & XBL figure that it is 'okay' to restrict & punish a 'Loyal & Paying' customer of 10 years due to false reports? This is absolutely unacceptable and you cannot treat long-time loyal customers this way!!

Something MUST be done to reverse my Account back to normal standing (Green Reputation).

 

The rep system on xbox one is broken. Anyone can report you whether they have played a multiplayer match with you or not and all of it affects your rep. A friend of mine has done nothing but broadcast single player games on twich from his xbox one for
the past 2 months and over that course of time his rep dropped from green to red. He has become very popular and usually has between 800-3000 viewers at a time and has over 20,000 followers yet his rep dropped. This is from other xbox users reporting him
while watching his stream even though they are not and have not played any games with him. These are trolling users harassing him and other viewers and being removed by a moderator for it. The rep system needs to go back to 360 version where you actually
could not report anyone you have not played with and you can give good rep. Until that time it does not work.

 

First of all i would like to do some aclarations...

1- I would like to sorry for repeat my complaint and/or support or review/open investigation request

2- I read all the Stick It posts in this forum, specially where said that i must dont need to resend many times my complaints or posts, waiting for an answer

3- Im sending my complaint again, suggested by the customer support agent that assisted me on the 800 xbox phone line, when i called answering for my problem (they said that i must back here and post my support request again) so im sorry for this repost,
but im really desperate about my problem

4- Im not a kid, i have 42 y/o, im a professional, im a m$ partner in my proffessional live (have an account on m$ partners site that i use to sell licensed m$ products to my clients), im a reputate IT system consultant that work in the U.S. and several
countries of L.A. like Argentina, Uruguay, Brasil and Chile. and my XBOX is just my time of enjoy that help me to be away from work problems a few hours a day or week. (a mind cleanning therapy)

5- I read the CODE OF CONDUCT of XBOX LIVE from the first line to the bottom several times, and i usually do it each 3 months to check if there are any changes. And always be REPECTFULLY with other players and always respect the CODE OF CONDUCT

6- I have more than 8 years of GOLD MEMBER on XBL and ALWAYS have a 100% PERFECT REPUTATION on XBOX360 and XBOX ONE, until the last 3 months.

Said all this... i'll repeat my REQUEST OF SUPPORT, cause i really think that i was injured by a few bad players that usually dont like to lose or cheat when gaming and dont like to be reported for that, and they used the REPUTATION System to take revenge
against me, unfairy and without reason and the best prove of that is that i never had a REP issue on all my XBL member history (more then 8 years) until the last 3 months.

Hi, this msg is directed to any XBL Enforment member that can really take part and want to help me to FIX this unfair situation.

First of all im XBL GOLD member since more that 8 years.

Second in all those years (8) I NEVER HAD A BAD REP (i was always 5 stars on XBOX 360 and GREEN on XBOX ONE)

In the last 6 months i have some problems with groups of cheaters that always LAG connection o shut down matches playing PES 2015 (something that occurs to the 90% of the PES players)

Those groups of cyberbullys are known for being from different countries like Brazil, Mexico, Chile, etc. (lots have the same GT name where they stat the country name and a number for e.g.)

Well, the question is that i suffered a low rep action against my account playing that game PES 2015 a few months ago, and passed from GREEN to YELLOW and then to ORANGE in just 3 weeks aprox.

I played over 500 matches on that game, not counting the thounsands i have playing BATTLEFIELD 4 and BATTLEFIELD Hard Line.

Apparently in those 6 months i received 33 bad rep Feedbacks, all in PES 2015 and all from ppl that CHEATED ON ME (i reported them too) and from ppl that LAGGED connection, DROP connection or simply DONT LIKE TO LOSE. (i cant lose a match intentionally just
to get ppl happy, sorry)

The worst part is that when my REP falls to Orange, i worked hardly trying to not play with CONFLICTIVE PPL or CONFLICTIVE GAMES like PES 2015 and after a few weeks my rep back to YELLOW STAT.

It was YELLOW for several weeks and i continue working trying to get back to GREEN with no success.

Sadly... a few days ago and from night to morning my REP FALLS DOWN from YELLOW to RED in just 24 hours...

Some points i consider important at that point....

1st. I DIDNT PLAY ANY CONFLICTIVE GAME AND DONT GET ANY BAD FEEDBACK IN THE DAYS BEFORE THAT

2nd In the ENFORCEMNT site my REP status went to RED too but... the number of bad REPORTS was exactly the same, DIDNT RAISED!!!

3rd At this moment i cant play any online match on PES 2015, BATTLEFIELD 4 (where i didnt receive any BAD FEEDBACK and im PREMIUM MEMBER), FORZA 5 (DIDNT RECEIVE BAD FEEDBACKS ON THAT GAME NEITHER), and a several number of other games.

4th i just can play online on BATTLEFIELD HARDLINE, and some free games like NEVERWINTER (i never got bad feedbacks on that games neither)

I posted a complain about this a few days ago, and a MOD, PVT msg me, telling me to play lots of online matches on lots of different games to GET BACK MY GREEN REP. The problem is... First, i cant play lots of online matches on lots of different games, cause
im stuck to play online in just 2 or 3 titles (i cant play in the most part of my games collection, like COD, SHADOW OF MORDOR, etc. and some of those other games dont have a nice online mode or simple i dont like to play online) then i just can play BATTLEFIELD
HARDLINE (online) and NEVERWINTER, (as i said before i cant play online PES 2015 or BATTLEFIELD 4 and i never had a bad report on BF4)

The MOD of the ENFORCEMENT TEAM told me that confirm that i didnt receive any BAD FEEBACK in SOMETIME... Literally... "Your account has not received negative feedback in sometime" and continued "however, you will need to play a lot more multipayer games
across a wide variety of titles while playing respectfully and responsibly to improve your reputation." THAT PART IS PRACTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE... SINCE I DONT HAVE A LOT OF GAMES, AND from the ones i have i just can play online 3 and i just like to play 2 of
those.

The worst part of this is... that i bought 3 games in the last days (PRE ORDER IT) Metal Gear Solid V (THE ONLINE SERVICE IS NOT WORKING AT THE MOMENT, THEN I CANT PLAY IT TO RAISE UP MY REP, and dont know if im able to play it with RED REP), FORZA 6 (that
is not active until SEPT. 15 and im pretty sure im not be able to play it online with RED REP.) and PES 2016 that i gonna have it on SEPT. 15 too. (the same situation with my REP.)

Then, thats my actual situation... 8 years on XBL (always GOLD NEVER A PROBLEM before this), UNFAIRY RED REPUTATION, cant play online almost any game or with any friend, i have over 100 friends on my list and just can join those on BATTLEFIELD HARDLINE (NOR
BATTLEFIELD 4), i have several games bought that im not able to play like i like to do, the solutions proposed by enforcement team are IMPOSSIBLE TO PRACTICE, and im stuck at this point with no SOLUTION and lots of money spend in this system that im not able
to use like i must.

I really think that SOMETHING IS REALLY BAD WITH THIS NEW REP SYSTEM (it allows any Cyberbully to destroy the REP of any Good Player just sending Bad Feedbacks and we, the REAL GOOD PLAYERS, are undefended under this kind of ATTACKS)

This is my second complain about this, im very upset, but i just want that any ENFORCEMENT member, PLEASE, OPEN AN INVESTIGATION OVER MY CASE, and search that what im saying is the PURE TRUE, i want that, PLEASE, do something to get my REP BACK to can play
my games ONLINE, Im a real RESPECTABLE GOOD PLAYER 8 YEARS on XBL almost without any bad feedback is a good prove of that.

I DONT KNOW WHAT MORE TO DO... I REPEAT I PLAYED SEVERAL NUMBER OF MATCHES ON BATTLEFIELD HARDLINE (almost the only game that im able to play online) and SEVERAL MEANS HOURS OF PLAY, and HUNDRED OF MATCHES... WITHOUT ANY BAD FEEDBACK!!! But my REP IS STUCK
IN RED!!!

Im really CLUELESS and im NEARLY TO GIVE UP. I FEEL REALLY SAD AND ALMOST A VICTIM OF SOME KIND OF FRAUD.

PLEASE I NEED A REAL HELP OR SUPPORT WITH MY ACCOUNT, I REPEAT I WANT TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION OR REVIEW OF MY PERSONAL SITUATION (i know that im not the only one on this situtation, but i really know that im not lying and you can chek it, i trust ENFORCEMENT
TEAM have the tools to do it)

Check your reputations, as mine got reset to good last night, and played MCC with no trouble finding matches.

 

I play BF4 religiously and I'm getting sick of the "t****ing"(fill in the blank) by these new players who just got the premium content. They're children....quite literally, if I turn on VOIP I'll hear people having domestic disputes, kids fighting over
the controller, kids coughing their lungs out wild guess what they're up to). I'll have a match where I absolutely destroy the person in question, no behaving like a child, no taunting or...vulgarity, fair and square. Next match every time the kid in
question kills me, he'd t*** me, every single time. Probably has no clue what he's doing. . Ok, I'm all for good fun but every single time, it's not just annoying but unsportsmanlike.

 

Yeah, the rep system was always a joke. All I wanted on 360 was a simple "avoid player" option that actually worked. Don't event try to tell me the player review thing on 360 worked, because 16 hours/day getting matched up with people I already avoided on
Halo Reach for a few years proved that was BS. You avoid someone, search for a new lobby, and get them again. Doesn't matter if it's immediately or a few hours later, you'll run into the same person again if they're playing. That's not how it should work.
I shouldn't be getting quit banned from Halo because some idiot is excessively laggy (either on purpose or because of their location), cheats, or is just an MLG *** in a more social playlist. If I don't want to play with them, I'm not playing with them.

 

My question is this, how do you "verify" that the reason somebody was reported is accurate?

 

my control come with the bad anologioco, my doll walks to the side alone ... I wanted an urgent repair it, he only has 3 months.

 

the xbox one is a brick nothing but problems will play disc some time , needed gamer to claer unit once a week just a case of some wanting to make a lot of money from a pooly make unit , i have some bricking i n back yard if u want them and box them
up to sell , severs good unit problems over and over agian some time up to 1 hour to get game working ?????????? wtf what ever happend to put a dics in play game nothing wrong with that , is ther ??????? seems to be

 

This system is flawed. XBLET have NO legal grounds to suspend your account without full disclosure of the reason, and that's THE LAW (in the UK), Read the T&C's scrap the Code of Conduct. I cannot go into the legal proceedings, however I can tell you, get
in contact with Support, demand to speak to a manager (A CSA CANNOT HELP) if no manager is available, demand a call-back, take notes of EVERYTHING, copy transcripts. Explain the problem and demand it be escalated to head office, you will get a reference number,
request to have it sent to your e-mail address, don't just take it over the phone, (UK office is in Reading). Write a polite but informative letter, state the facts. Also, if possible any faults you think may have been a reason for any action on your account,
if XBL had ANY status alerts up at the time of your suspension let them know. MS Campus are aware of a massive problem with the XBLET, the system they use and the rep system too. If you have EVER been in a private Party while playing a multi-player game and
the party has dropped out forcing you into game chat, YOU MUST add this to your letter, also, less common one but as important, if you have had random un-invited people join your private invite-only party, you need to add this, if your rep has ever been affected
for 'quitting early' and you played a lot of BF4 when it first came on on the on the 360 & ONE, YOU need to add that too (as the only way to exit the game was to quit). If you have been an idiot though, don't bother, take your licks.

 

This is a joke. I have a strict rules I play by. Don't shoot unless shot at yet when I get shot at and spawn killed so.eine for it it ends up a crew battle on gta we repeatedly kill them and they report me so I can't defend my crew which eliminates the bigger
threat. It's like taking Tom Brady out of the game and it's not just me look on YouTube there are multiple guys from halo who are good guys but they are so good they get reported and then have a bad rep. We have 96 ppl in our crew now and with the reputation
thing going like it's going almost half of us are about to go to Sony. Bottom line is we don't need Microsoft to punish anyone if you don't like someone trash talking or messaging you there is a block button. I basically spent 400 on xbox and another 500 on
games and accessories for nothing bc I can't play with anyone all bc 3 young punks wanted to shoot at me but couldn't defend themselves so they report me ? Ha what a joke Microsoft. The jokes on you though bc not only will you not get anymore money from me
but I'm trying to get the guys in the crew to join me on play station and will start a change.org about this also am posting in every forum and social media to make a change bc it's unfair to us.
