Xbox One Reputation System Flaws

Firstly I'd like to preface this by saying I'm obviously not perfect, and I can be a jerk online. Not some monster of a human being, just sort of a passive aggressive. Yet I find it extremely ironic how I have not received a single communications ban, but
I am now put on "Avoid Me" reputation. Are some of these reports legitimate? Of course, as I said I'm only human, and we interact in various different ways. Though I've never gone out of my way to ACTUALLY ruin someones day. I'm never mean to kids on Xbox
(I used to be one) the people I have been a jerk to, are also jerks themselves. It's a world of give and take, and policing the internet in such an embarrassingly strict way is a joke. But that aside, a lot of the reports filed against my account are not legitimate.
I play Overwatch, and as i'm sure you are aware, it is an extremely toxic community. Just the other day I had a guy get all of his friends to file bad reports on me. Was one of them legitimate? Yes, I asked if the guy could play any other
characters and he said no, so I did what anyone on the internet does, and said "git gud" or something along those lines, and I get punished to the point where I can no longer play the game I want to play? Imagine if thats how the real world operated, my god
would we be an emasculated species. That aside, yes you may feel free to ignore yet another complaint about how the rep system affects overwatch players, but I'd really appreciate it if you would take what I have to say into consideration. I have been playing
for days now trying to restore my reputation back to normal, but it does not seem to be getting me anywhere. If I really am a monster, give me the comm ban and teach me a lesson, don't put me on some mid-way point where I could hypothetically play but can
never find a match to save my life. I play to have fun, and also win. Would I go out of my way to report the guy who wont switch characters? No, because I am not that pathetic, but it seems these individuals do not grant me the same sort of grace. Please investigate
my account, and inform me If I truly deserve to be here. Because it is my belief, that I do not deserve to be here. I'm sure if you guys hadn't removed the prefer player option I'd have plenty of those, but it only seems to be focused on negative interactions,
rather than the hundreds of positive interactions I've had with fellow players. Thanks you for your time reading this excessive blob of text, I'm sure you have more important things to worry about in your life, as do I. Good day sir/madam.

According to this website blocking and muting does effect reputation.

Playing free games like Neverwinter,World of Tanks,Star Trek Online etc. can help improve your rep but it will take time.

 

I am aware it is not related to the support team, I had just heard some reports that in some cases, it can be removed. The dozens of reports I got from this one individuals friends were surely not legitimate, and thats what put me into the "avoid me" category.
It's really unfortunate that reputation affects your ability to play the games you want, but I guess i'm just a giant d-bag who deserves this. Guess I can't call people "dumb dumbs" or on the internet without some repercussions. What a pathetic joke. And no,
I don't want to spend hours playing World of Tanks, I'm good. All of the games previously mentioned do not interest me whatsoever. Thanks for trying to help Badger, but I guess i'll just wait this one out... and thank you once again Xbox for removing the prefer
player option. Oh, and thanks for removing snap functionality, a selling point of the Xbox One... it really streamlined the UI...

 

Agree,there are a couple of things about the reporting system that need to be changed.

Thing is,you will need to play online to improve your rep,it wont just improve over time if you don't use the account.

The games I mentioned are the easiest way as they are all mmo's.
