  1. xbox one reputation system abuse

    Hello,

On friday the 2nd Of december I played a few games on overwatch. A Few hours later after I had dinner i came back to see that I had the "Avoid me" tag. Later I went to the site and I had over 60! reports? I Didn't even Encounter that many people. Someone
has done something. I've been playing all week 9 hours+ a day trying to fix my rep so I can play online again, But its not working. Can someone please contact the enforcement team about this? I've contacted xbox live support 8 times this week. I'm unable to
play online on overwathc due to my rep being so low... I've been playing for a week stright! over 8 hours a day!! and i'm still in the avoid me. Can we please fix this?

    :)

    Hi Fresh Prince055!

Reputation takes into account a wide range of data points, of which community feedback is only one component. The reputation system is designed to be resilient and to prevent abuse from other players. There's more information on
that, as well as some tips for how to increase your reputation, on the
    Xbox Live Reputation System

its not a enforcement team issue

That would be 60 reports over the life of your account not just one game

You will just have to change your behaviour and win or lose correctlycorrectly

    Not win badly

Rep isn't what you think it is its what your reputation as a gamer is among the community

  5. There's really nothing you can do but continue playing games with hopes that no one else reports you. That's been the only stated solution for improving your reputation back to normal levels, but even I don't know how long that takes.

Overwatch seems to be the most "toxic" game for reputations taking a nosedive from what I'm seeing. Perhaps it's the competitive mode with highest concentration of salty players trying to retain their special ranks? I'd probably play a different game for
a while for your own sake.

There is still the matter of why people are filing (sixty) reports on you. Reputation is community-driven; XBLPET has no play in this. There was sixty people who got annoyed with you somehow. Statistically speaking, you're possibly playing in a way that
    deliberately infuriates other people.

Like "ngocphi" mentioned, it is best to moderate yourself with how you play matches, and adjust your playstyle accordingly. Put yourself in the reporter's shoes: what's making them salty enough to go through the trouble of hunting your name in the "Recent
players" list, finding your gamertag, and submitting a report?

Your rep goes down over a period of months so it can take just as long for it to go back up.

Playing a variety of games helps more than just playing one.

MMO's like Neverwinter & Star Trek Online halp as well & they are both free games.
