XBOX One replacement order

I don't have a xbox right now because I order one that shipped the wrong one and I still haven't g my replacement one

 

Is there any way to get a replacement game case for xbox one game.

I was wondering if there is a way to order a replacement xbox one game case? I got my Dead Rising 3 in mail and the game is fine but since they shipped it in a envelope the top of the case is all cracked up. Is there any way to order a replacement case since
nothing wrong with the game?

Did you order an Xbox One, Pay for it, and then try to cancel?

 

I have the same thing. When I talked to Microsoft about it, they said my order was active and still coming.

@Omnislash CS Did it eventually come? cause Everyone I've talked to has said that I'm still getting charged but that a new unit isn't being sent out and they can't figure out how to override it or refund the charges

 

No, every time I tried to make an advance exchange it kept cancelling, and when I talked to someone they didn't know why. So instead I did the standard exchange and I am STILL waiting for that to ship back to me. 18 Business days I have waited...

Did they say how long the maximum wait for standard exchange is?

 

The support site says 18-21 business days in the US...but everyone I talk to say they cannot say how long it will take. Either way, 19th business day and still it has not even been shipped back. Too long.

 

Well they pretty much have 2 business days left to honour that statement so I would wait the extra 2 days and ring back and point them to site section that says that. Sorry though mate, that's a long time to go without a console
