Xbox one replacement-How do I transfer all of my content...

Due to some controller issues, I am receiving a replacement Xbox One for my existing one under warranty. My question is how do I transfer all of the content from my old X1 to the new without having to re-download all of the games and reinstalling all of
the games? I still own all of the content but it would be a real pain to have to reinstall everything one at a time not to mention having to download all of my games (probably in excess of 200 GB). Besides, with my internet provider now enforcing data caps,
that would eat up my entire month just to get set back up.

Any suggestions and help would be appreciated as this is my first Xbox product ever.

Xbox One digital games transfer to Scorpio

I'm thinking of buying Xbox One Scorpio in 2017 when it comes out. How ever, I'm wondering how do I "transfer" all my digital content from my Xbox One to Xbox Scorpio?

Does it happen via cloud? If so, how?

If you have an external hard drive (USB 3.0, minimum 250GB), you can move all your games onto that and then connect that to the new console. You can then choose to move them over to the new console's internal hard drive, or keep them on the external drive.
This move works for both disc and digital, though disc games obviously still require the disc to play. You can't move game saves, but they will be downloaded (fairly quickly and easily) each time you start up a game.

On your new console, you'll sign in with email and password and that downloads your profile.
