Xbox One repeatedly getting stuck on green loading screen or/and black screen

Hey VirtuosicStorm5,

Is the Console stuck at the green loading screen or are you just seeing a black screen? Or is it a Error Code your getting?

What do you mean it opens at your home screen and then nothing? Are you stuck on the dashboard or is it a black or green screen?

If you are stuck on a black or green screen you can try the offline diagnostic tool that has helped people get passed the blank screen before:

My xbox is stuck on the black screen.. it comes onto the green loading screen and then goes black and stays like that.. u have Done the hard reset and also where you unplug it and we're you hold down the eject button and power button at same time and it
still won't move past the black screen any ideas ?

i used the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool and i was successful but now its stuck on the black screen with the green loading bar
