Xbox one repaired,shipped to customer, but no email

Hello,

My xbox has been repaired and should be on it's way to me according to the service center. But it has had this status for about 2 days, and i've received no email confirming shipment.

Is this normal? Any experiences?

I'm guessing they went ahead and marked it as sent, while they still have to actually send it to UPS.

Product shipped to customer Where is my xbox one?

I shipped my xbox one on August 3rd

Microsoft received it on 8/8/14 I Got a courtesy email

on 8/11 I got a update of "Product shipped to customer" on
myservice xbox

There has been no fedex movement for 4 business days

Please help

Missing status on reapair process

I've shipped my console in for repairs (again) but this time, there is no status on the device page.

The first time i had my console repaired, i could see the status (label created, recieved, being repaired, shipped to customer, recieved by customer).

This is gone now. Also, i could see the earlier repairs, and their statuses, but they are gone too.

Anybody in here, that can either see the status of their current or earlier repair request statusses, or who have the same issue?

The chat support, keep coming up with excuses that don't make sense to me

Yeah,sounds about right.

They are waiting for UPS to collect it.

If you sent your console to Germany then it's usually picked up on a Wednesday & should be with you by Friday.

That's how it's been for me with the 4 xbox ones I've had to send off.

Hmmm, such a shame, i was hoping to be able to play MGS V this weekend.

Guess i'll just read a good book instead.

This happened to me last September right after FH2 came out, had to contact xbox support multiple times - they ultimately told me fedex ground lost or damaged my xbox and reshaped a new one...took 43 days from the date I sent it in to getting one back.

Same here. Following your feedback, it seems they will take about a week just for FedEx to come pick up the item. Microsoft told me directly that it was SHIPPED on 7/10. That gives me the indication it's ON IT'S WAY to me. Not sitting in their damn building
WAITING to be picked up.

This pathetic attempt at customer service is disgusting.

It's straight pathetic we already had to wait for them to fix it after paying all the money we did for it I thought something was wrong cause fedex tracking kept saying no record found until 6 days later it finally updated and now it's been on the truck
since Saturday am very frustrated with the whole process
