    ImSLAYER11 Is right im in this same situation i even called and told them im a digit short on my tracking number all he said was same here on my end i dont like the ps4 but I'll trade when this trash box comes back.

    Having the same problem, my console was "shipped" back on the 11th or 12th and its been close to 7 business days already and no xbox one console has appeared on my door. I am seriously getting aggravated at this and how it keeps happening over and over again
    with other people. Shows how much Microsoft actually cares for their customers.

    ^^^ It was about 14 days after I got my email. When I called they said it can take 14-21 after you get the email saying its shipped.

    Yuuki if your console was stated as shipped on the 12... it has not been 7 business days.... only 5.. now that also could mean the label was printed on that day... meaning it might not have been loaded until this Monday, which would mean only 4 days..
    now throw in the fact it is near Xmas and things WILL BE delayed..

    just have patience

    It will definitely be delayed shipping now due to the Holidays, I'm a Amazon Prime member (free 2 day shipping) Prime shipping is now 3-5 days right now) have a little more patience.

    Check your info today. My tracking number finally shows activity. They created the label on the 6th but did not give to Fed Ex until the 17th

    How long ago did you receive the tracking number? Sometimes there is a delay between when it is generated and when it becomes track-able.

    The tracking number was sent by email by Xbox customer support specialist while I am on the phone with him. I confirmed with him that the shipping is done through FedEx and the tracking number on email itself leads to FedEx.com. And there is also another
    thread for similar problem except they have locked it without offering a solution....loving how they are treating this mess
