XBox One Repair Updates

Is there a way you can see the progress of a repair of an XBox One that was sent in? I wasn't sure if you can view notes from the support staff providing daily updates on the status of your console such as showing it was received, it was analyzed, issue
identified, resolution - console repaired or replaced, etc. Having a way to view the progress would provide a great communication tool between the customer and the support staff without the consumer having to call, write, chat, etc.

If something like this does exist how can we access this so I can view the status?

an error 102 appear on xbox one and it refuse to make a restart or update.. we took it to me repair and they refuse to repair.
