Xbox one repair status saying shipped to customer

I know this is an old thread, but thank you guys for this information. I was wondering what the hell was going on with my Xbox One. Now it makes sense. It's been 5 days since it says it's been "shipped." I guess in reality it's "prepped" for shipping from
Microsoft at this point as the shipping info hasn't updated once, it just says, "Shipping information received." Tomorrow, 9/8/2014, will be the 6th waiting day. Lets see if this is a real track record. Extreme stupidity.

I agree Mastrius9087. To pay all that money for a product that takes less time to quit working than it takes to eat a burger is shameful on Microsofts part. Why do they have the repair center across the border. Cheap labor? Smt

Same here. Following your feedback, it seems they will take about a week just for FedEx to come pick up the item. Microsoft told me directly that it was SHIPPED on 7/10. That gives me the indication it's ON IT'S WAY to me. Not sitting in their damn building
WAITING to be picked up.

This pathetic attempt at customer service is disgusting.

It's straight pathetic we already had to wait for them to fix it after paying all the money we did for it I thought something was wrong cause fedex tracking kept saying no record found until 6 days later it finally updated and now it's been on the truck
since Saturday am very frustrated with the whole process
