Xbox one repair status saying shipped to customer

I sent my xbox one in for repair and when I check the status it says shipped to customer but I have gotten no tracking info does this mean they sent it back to me

This happened to me last September right after FH2 came out, had to contact xbox support multiple times - they ultimately told me fedex ground lost or damaged my xbox and reshaped a new one...took 43 days from the date I sent it in to getting one back.

Was curious how long it takes to ship repaired xbone one. It states shipped via fedex a week ago, and tracking number not working.

 

How long ago did you send it to them? I'd guess it does mean they have sent it back to you and should be with you in a few days.

 

I sent it in on June 22 and they recieved it the 27 th

 

Any update to this? Same thing here. Got an email saying it was shipped to me on the 10th. It's now been four days and my tracking says there is no record of this. This is really ridiculous. It should not take four damn days for FedEx tracking to be updated,
so I'm thinking something weird is going on here. Either Microsoft hasn't actually finished the repair and shipped it or something else is going on but I'm not happy at all.

 

I'm actually getting my xbox one today xbox sent fedex the tracking information on 7/3/14 but fedex didn't pick it up until the 9th that's why it never updated but it's on fedex truck for delivery today just a bunch of buckshot but you will see it update

Fedex will not update your tracking until they actually pick your xbox up

 

Wow, that's pathetic. Why should we have to wait that many days for FedEx to come pick up the item? That makes no damn sense at all.

 

It's straight pathetic we already had to wait for them to fix it after paying all the money we did for it I thought something was wrong cause fedex tracking kept saying no record found until 6 days later it finally updated and now it's been on the truck
since Saturday am very frustrated with the whole process

 

Same here. Following your feedback, it seems they will take about a week just for FedEx to come pick up the item. Microsoft told me directly that it was SHIPPED on 7/10. That gives me the indication it's ON IT'S WAY to me. Not sitting in their damn building
WAITING to be picked up.

This pathetic attempt at customer service is disgusting.

 

I had the same problem with customer service they said it was shipped but it wasn't they said it was shipped the 3rd but I just got it today it's ridiculous you have to go through all this cause there equipment broke after you spent all that money good luck
tho man hope you get yours soon they sent me a brand new one but told me they repaired mine oh well at least I got it back oh and they gave me a free month of xbox live gold lol

 

If you live in the United States repairs are done in Mexico, then loaded on a truck. Once the truck is full and it crosses the boarder then Fed Ex then receives it and the tracking info will be displayed.

 

All I know is that it seems it takes them a damn week from the time you get told it's SHIPPED to the time it's actually shipped. My tracking was updated a little bit ago and now it shows it's on it's way to me. So it took six days for it to actually be picked
up from FedEx and actually shipped.

So for anyone else looking for information about this, that's what's probably going to happen to you as well. I'm disgusted that it took six days to start coming to me after being told it was shipped to me.
