    Xbox One repair problems.


    How long does it take for Microsoft to contact you about sending in a broken Xbox One? I've put in the request on the 17th. Still no email. On the "My orders" page there is many typing errors in the shipping and contact info not made by me. Email is spelled
    wrong. My first name is spelled wrong. My phone number is wrong. My address is wrong. I was wondering why they haven't emailed me yet then I see this. So I cancel the order now I have to wait for this. How long will this bs take, and how can I ensure the next
    order has to typing errors?

    Sorry, we are unable to play this disc.

    My roommate had this same problem. Just return it or send it to xbox for repair.

    Xbox One repair problems.

    If you set up the repair for the console then the errors listed on the page would have come from you. Microsoft does not edit the information that you enter.

    When a repair is set up online you are required to print the packing label that is provided then package up the console and ship it to them for repair. After that it should only take a week or two to get the console back.

    Other than that, you could also call phone support to have them set up the repair for you

    That is crazy game has always been good for me. Checking website they do have them in stock.

    I would phone them up and complain for a replacement or full refund no way they could get away with refunding less.

    Hi,

    If you're still experiencing a problem with the console you received back please
    reach out to phone support     with the service request number you received when you first made the repair order. Let them know that the exact issue you're facing
    and perhaps they can update you on why the console wasn't repaired and where to go from there.

    More than likely, if the problem was fixed to your satisfaction you'll need to send it back in to the service center for further inspection.
