    Xbox one Repair needed in Bucks, UK


    I need my son’s Xbox One repaired. Every time I sign into my Microsoft account and go to service and repair it keep putting into the USA page, even though I clicking it from the UK page. I am going round in circles. It there anywhere in Buckinghamshire,
    UK I can take it to??

    Have you tried contacting Microsoft directly? They may be able to point you to a service center or get the page working correctly to were you can register the xbox and then request the service.

    My Xbox is showing on my account so surely it is registered. It confirms it is out of warranty too. There is nowhere to find an email address to ask and I didn’t want a call back. I didn’t even want to post here, but got desperate. I will look again in
    the morning. Spent a truck load of time already :-(

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning an inability to create a repair order for your Xbox One console.

    If the page itself is not properly loading the appropriate region, our suggestion is to ensure that the
    account does have the proper region set:

    [*]Sign in to your Xbox One console.
    [*]Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    [*]Select Settings.
    [*]Select System.
    [*]Select Language & location.
    [*]Select your new location from the list, and then select Restart now.

    After confirming the region on the account, if the page still does not load the proper region, please attempt a different web browser, or even attempt to visit the website on a different device.

    Try this for us and then let us know if this helps.

    How old is your xbox? You may need are repair for free if it's under warranty. If not it will cost you around a 100 bucks. Set one up here

    Hey there Tydra! Yes, all MS brand power supplies will work with the console. If you are in the UK, get a UK power supply and you should be good to go. You can get one from our repair site (support.xbox.com/.../repair-process)
