Xbox one Repair. Is it lost?

I sent my xbox one in for repairs as it wouldn't turn on I checked the ups delivery tracking system and it says it was delivered on the 4th this month but when I go to check the repair status on the devices support section it says it's still on it's way
to them. What I'm wondering is if that's normal? Does it take longer for them to update the status? Or is it lost? I just wanna know before I try and contact Microsoft support.

Hi,

Dont panic, delivery on the 4th a Friday ( they dont work the Week-end ) so the repair process will start this Monday or tommorrow. As they told you on the repair process, it can take up to 3 weeks to get it… Please be patient

I wouldn't be too concerned. Just because it's been delivered to repair centre, doesn't mean it's been seen by repair tech or that yet. It'll be stored somewhere, in a queue waiting it's turn to be looked at. Especially since it arrived on Friday, no one
will even see it till monday, if that. I'd usually give it 7 working days before contacting them.

But, if you're concerned you can always reach out to them anyways

It most likely just hasn't been logged into their system or updated. I would wait a couple days and re-check the status.

I would definately reach out ,also contact your postal service with the tracking info to see if they can give you the last location. The longer your wait the wrose things could get, better to be safe.
