    Xbox One repair dilemma


    Hello, I am contacting you because I want to make sure what to do if I requested for my xbox one to be repaired abd I received the shipping label but it's been a couple months that I have not been able to send it until now? Do i send it with tbe same label
    or do I have to get a new one?

    I really don't understand your dilemma Monster. Do you not have any open HDMI ports on your receiver to plug the Xbox one into?

    You would probably need to book another repair as I think they get automatically cancelled after a certain amount of time.

    what if it says that the warranty is now expired but it wasnt when i requested the repair?

    what if it says that the warranty is now expired but it wasnt when i requested the repair?
    Then you will have to pay for the repair since you are no longer under warranty
