    Hello, guys, I guess like, you all have xbox controller original or elite, and unfortunately, after few months , you got issues with it. I fit still under warranty , go through microsoft support, they do quite a good job at helping you. If you warranty is
    off, you can go through them again, or go to these guys, that I discovered a few months ago and they do a great job, you can go on their sites and see the prices, and chose between MS or BBC to see which is the best fit for you. They even fix controller from
    other brand like scuff and other. I leave their link below, and one of their great YT video.

    Shipping costs while under warranty

    Why do I have to pay for shipping when the console has a bad bluray drive and its under warranty?

    I know this is an issue with the Xbox One because mine is the third drive to fail out of my friends who bought them.

    MS,if you have a product that fails under warranty, take responsibility and repair it at no cost to us who already paid for a working unit.

    Hi there,

    please try the solutions mentioned on the following support page, some you haven't tried yet as far as I can tell:

    If this keeps happening then it seems the console needs a repair as mentioned on the support page. When setting up a repair it will show if it is within warranty or not and what cost come with that (when outside warranty)
