Xbox one remote play issue(s)

Hi, I am a college student and I live in a dorm. And in my dorm television is hard to access so I cant play my xbox with tv. I am trying to play it without a tv or monitor.I have a laptop that dont have hdmi-in port so I cant just plug it to my pc. I have
to use it with remote play app. Because of dorm internet is really slow. I bought and ethernet cable. So here is The thing. I am trying to play my xbox one (S, in case you need to know) by taking an ethernet cable. Plugging it between my pc and xbox and streaming.
And I accomplished this. I made this with four different way. And everytime I made it, it didn't worked after 24 to 48 hours. I feel like I am doing something illegal and you are patching it.

I made this with four different ways just like I said but my last and probably best way is like this. I connect the internet from pc. Then I go to control panel> network and internet> networks (My pc is in turkish and I am translating theese so it may not
be exact correct but has to be something like this) I choose ethernet, open properties, I go to sharing tab. I choose share this network I choosed settings and made every port on. Then I just did same to wifi but this time I shared it to ethernet. Ethernet
cable thing is done. Now it is time to fo xbox app.

There is three things with this and just like I said after one day one of theese three things starts to have issues.

First is xbox console companion app not seeing my console. It sometimes doesmt see my console but I solved this issue by entering IP adress.

Second is even if my xbox is on. App saw it like off. This happens generally and I am solving this with forgetting my console from app then reconnect it (Yeah, with ip, everytime)

And the third is App saying "to continue, sign in your console using this email adress" and I am solving this issue with taking ethernet out of my console. Forgeting it from app. Connecting ethernet cable again. Waiting around one minute and re connect my
xbox using app and Voila! it starts to stream and I play games just perfect (Nearly but this is nice for me) Today I dont know why but whatever I do it kept saying "To continue, sign in to your console using this email adress" I cant say I am %100 sure my
account signed on my xbox because I cant see what xbox shows since I dont have a tv connected or I cant stream it to pc. But I know when my account not signed (I dont know why but sometimes it signs out) when I press xbox button the first thing on screen
is sign in button and when I press A it signs in. Also xbox signs in automaticly when I open it. So I am pretty sure it signed in. What should I do. I am tired now because whatever I done and success it doesnt work after a while. I just want to play xbox in
my dorm room. Plase say a ultimate way to do this so I dont need to make up new way every two days

This is tough to read, but from the sounds of it the wifi in your dorm is not handling it well and the connection you're describing also sounds like it might be too complicated for the streaming function to work.

In my opinion it sounds like you should use your TV if you have one. You only need to access the TV one time. It sounds like a lot less of a headache than what you're going through.

If you have the money for it I'd recommend either buying a small 20" monitor or TV for cheap if you can and a more expensive option is a Gaems Vanguard if they are available where you are

I tried on a separate phone with the same issue. When I test the remote play on the Xbox everything is green. I've tried with 4 different controllers all the same symptoms. All the buttons work fine up to the point I launch remote play. I've tried Bluetooth and USB, same results. I have two Xbox one s controllers and two plug and play controllers specifically for Android and Xbox verified. The controllers work perfect on the Xbox and PC.
