Xbox one remote just work few inches from the console

Discus and support Xbox one remote just work few inches from the console in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; when i go further or move stop sync.     Yes sorry i mean the controller, i tried everything on that page, Also today i bought a new Xbox one controller, and got the same problem, it just works when its 3 inches from the console. Usb works fine.

    Sorry i mean controller. I try a new one and got same problem, disconect everytime i move away from the console, and reconect when is closer again. Usb works fine. I did everything from the support page.

    Thanks for clarifying! Just to be sure, did you run through the steps on our
    Xbox One Wireless Controller Disconnects page    ? If you already did that, and the issue is persisting on two controllers, that may indicate that your Xbox One console needs to be repaired. To begin that process, head on over to our
    Online Service Center. I understand that may not be the most ideal solution, but please feel free to keep us posted how it all goes.

    When you say "remote" "...stop sync", I think you are referring to the Xbox One controller...? If so, may I suggest following up with "Xbox One
    Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect    ". Let us know if this helps.
