Yes I have to admit I'm feeling some regret to have jumped in on the Xbox One from day one. Why? We'll there are a few reasons but first let me make it clear I had to part with my Xbox 360 and all my games to afford the Xbox One. Before I give my reasons,
I should add that, I still hope the move will be worth it in the end but just think anyone in my boat that are considering selling their 360 to buy the One should maybe wait till at least Christmas 2014. My reasons for regret. 1) lost to many of my regular
friends who didn't make the move 2) there are still very few games that really feel worth switching from the 360 3) the 360 was a very gamer friendly machine the One is still far short of being so 4) Darksouls 2 out for the 360 while the One waits on 5) they
aren't rushing to give us Minecraft either 6) hard drive support ( and the One NEEDS it) still on the waiting list 7) not the step forward in graphics I was expecting.... Yet 8) games are so much dearer 9) pointless having it always on as UK TV integration
still not on the horizon ( using more electric for no real gain) 10) demos are limited and arcade style releases are still all but not existent Now I know some people will want to jump down my throat but I'm only saying how I feel at the moment. Hopefully
in time I will feel the benefits and be as pleased with the One as I once was with the 360. However I thought I would share my feelings to perhaps encourage those considering selling their 360's to stick with them a little longer and wait for the One to fulfil
its promise. Unless of course you are in that happy position of being able to afford both.

    :)

Your points are valid and no one should jump down your throat for that opinion, as to the one, it is getting there, I personally am enjoying every aspect of it, as to arcade games there is none any more, there all games with 1000gs potential, uk tv update
should arrive soon but that is upto all the tv companies to sort this as Microsoft can't without them, hdd support will be here soon enough and minecraft was delayed while they make some final adjustments including transferring game saves from the 360, the
dash on the one is better than the 360 less cluttered and less menu's, but on the whole getting there.

  5. IMO, the amount you'd get for a 360 now it's not worth selling anyway.

Its a fair enough point for those in two minds about jumping to next-gen

Just a shame some of the other *** around here can't express the same thoughts without resorting to sniping or trolling!

Personally I think the One is a far friendlier gaming machine than the 360.

360 experience:- turn it on and wait for spinney circle to finally stop spinning (make toast, load pipe, drink a pint of lager whilst waiting) when dash finally loads, boot game, wait some more to go through umpteen loading screens before finally selecting
previous save and starting to play. Finish playing, power down game, Go to bed. Prepare for more torture the next day when you want to resume game.

XBONE experience, walk into living room and say XBOX on, carry on walking to kitchen (to get lager) and say XBOX go to AC4. walk out of kitchen, sit down and start playing game from exactly the same point as yesterday immediately.

I know which one I prefer.

If Mrs Azrael hadn't insisted I get the ONE on release I would be getting the ONE now.

"Titanfall" was really the only thing to hang on for.

Got my One on release and don't regret a minute.

Still got two 360's though as the kids would be lost without Minecraft and the wife loves Bejeweled 3.

Xbox One Regrets don't rush to jump ship from the 360

I have only just started to make the transistion. When I first got the One, on day one, after the initial checking it out I was playing on the 360 more. The main reason was to try and get through some of the older titles that have sequels out on the One.
But another was some of the older games like Metal Gear 3 and the Witcher 2 are arguably better games than any launch title could offer.

Now though I have just finished Thief, that I enjoyed more than the reviews would have ever suggested. MG5 is pre ordered and all my time is getting spent on the One. I still need to finish the Witcher 2 on the 360 though but now 3 is delayed I have ages.

If I were you I would pick up another 360 again. Like with me it will probably start getting less and less use but they are cheap now. Once I have finished the Witcher I am just going to play the Games For Gold offerings that are IMO getting better. I don't
play MP so that is the only reason I have gone back to a Gold account.

I rushed out to buy my XB one too. It's sitting on my desk; gathering a nice layer of dust, which I'll polish off when Minecraft is released. For now, I'm enjoying South Park on my 360.

I kept my 360 because of the digital arcade content bought over the years, Also I've set it up via the HDMI input on the Xbox One, just in case I want a crafty game of Battlefield 3 or I may install World of Tanks, as there are no plans for a Xbox One version
    until the userbase increases.

I appreciate some need to sell to offset the cost of the new system, Sorry for your loss Xbox One Regrets don't rush to jump ship from the 360 :(
