Xbox One refusing to stream to any device

My Xbox One console is refusing to connect to both the Xbox Companion App and Xbox One Smartglass App on Windows and the Xbox App for Android after downloading the latest software update. It managed to connect to the Companion App and display a frozen frame before disconnecting on the first attempt, and it successfully connected to the Android App for a short period of time before I manually disconnected it as to move to my PC.

Remote features are enabled on the console. The console is awake and signed in. All devices and apps have been restarted. All devices are on the same network.
